The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and East African Cooperation of the United Republic of Tanzania is pleased to announce the upcoming Farmers' Festival (Nane Nane) Exhibition in 2025. This significant annual event celebrates and promotes the agricultural sector, showcasing the backbone of our nation's economy and food security.
Key Exhibition Details:
Main National Exhibition: The 2025 Exhibition will be held nationally from 1st to 8th August, 2025, with the main event expected at the Nzuguni Grounds in Dodoma.
Regional Exhibitions: In addition to the national event, exhibitions will also take place in seven (7) other key Exhibition Zones across the country. These include:
- Southern Highlands (Mbeya)
- Eastern (Morogoro)
- Southern (Lindi)
- West Lake (Mwanza)
- East Lake (Simiyu)
- Northern (Arusha)
- Western (Tabora)
Theme of 2025 Exhibition: "Choosing Good Leaders for Sustainable Development of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries." This theme aims to encourage citizens to participate in the 2025 General Elections to find leaders who will bring about the development of the country through various sectors, including the agricultural sector.
We invite all interested stakeholders, including those in agriculture, livestock, and fisheries industries, to participate and inform their networks about this crucial event. It's an excellent opportunity to engage with the latest advancements, network with industry leaders, and contribute to the sustainable development of Tanzania's vital sectors.
