His Excellency Dr. Ramadhani K. Dau, High Commissioner of the United Republic of Tanzania, attended a courtesy call on His Excellency Enrique A. Manalo, Secretary for Foreign Affairs of the Republic of the Philippines on Thursday 28th September 2023, for a farewell courtesy meeting.
